Bible Correspondence Course
Our Bible Correspondence Course gives children the opportunity to participate in fun activities to help them learn about the Bible.
Offered to both children in Children’s Homes, as well as children from poor families in our Family-to-Family program, this is a wonderful program, which is successfully telling children about their heavenly Father as well as a wonderful opportunity for children to share their thoughts, hopes and dreams with a caring MWB volunteer.
The children can write to this caring volunteer as often as they like. As they submit their questions for the course, they can ask any other faith related questions.
They also develop a repore with someone who honestly cares for them. For many children who have never experienced this care and concern from another person before, this is priceless! In response, they receive a detailed and loving reply.
Normally the children would not be able to afford the stationary and stamp necessary to belong to such a course, however through this project all is provided to them. The careful attention paid to each child by the MWB staff is what makes the correspondence course so successful. Every time the children receive a reply, they are reminded that God loves them and cares for them, no matter how difficult their circumstances may appear.
This program currently has three different levels which gradually introduce the participants to a greater understanding of God the Father, His son Jesus, and the Bible. Bible lessons are provided and monitored, and, upon completion of the course, each child receives a diploma and a Bible as a graduate of the Bible Correspondence Course.
