Christian Outreach
Our Christian Outreach Program helps to meet spiritual needs of the people we serve.
The projects within our Christian Outreach program enhance our other MWB programs. While we meet physical, material and emotional needs through our other programs such as CRI, ChildCare, and FamilyCare, we help to meet spiritual needs through our Christian Outreach program. We offer one on one Christian ministry by reaching out to people who express interest in receiving spiritual support.
Christian ministry is done through the distribution of Bibles and Christian literature for adults, families and children. We reach thousands of children in orphanages and poor families through our Bible Correspondence Courses. We help Christian leaders receive the training they need by providing Christian teaching materials. In addition, MWB supports local churches in their spiritual and social activities of reaching out into their communities through Bible Studies for adults and Sunday School classes for children.
Our ministry through the Christian Outreach program is always provided as an offer, and never as a condition for other assistance.
**Our work in China, where we concentrate our assistance on the still persecuted home churches, through the provision of Bibles and other Christian literature, particularly for minorities, continues to this day. We work in close partnership with local organisations.
