Through our emotional support classes in the Children's Homes and Community Centres, children in our Child Rescue International program gain the knowledge and tools necessary to avoid becoming trapped and are given better opportunities to make wise decisions.

Operation Winter Rescue

When we feel the cold, our heating choices are endless. Do we put on an extra jumper or pair of socks, wrap ourselves in a blanket, or turn on the gas, central or wood powered heating? Now think about how cold it actually gets where you live in winter. Then imagine temperatures of -30 degrees with no heating options except a wood fire but no money to purchase the wood. Save lives from enduring a bitterly cold winter today. Give the gift of warmth through Operation Winter Rescue.

Ten Chickens

For families with little land to grow food or rear livestock, chickens are the best solution. They provide protein, especially for children, they don't need much space, and just one hen can lay up to 200 eggs a year! Chickens are also a useful way to help struggling families to eventually become self-sufficient.
